Lindsey sorting through some of her mosaic resources. The items are from her parent's home, her prior home, found objects, keepsakes, and numerous other sources. She keeps them neatly stored in several cabinets in her home.
She married her long-time Bexley pal and then-boyfriend, Steve Stout, who fought in Vietnam.
Photographer and writer, Fred Scruton, met at her home for an interview and to photograph the artwork. He works with the nonprofit art organization, Spaces Archives, whose online website works tirelessly to promote and preserve art environments around the world.

The eggshell chandelier.
Initially, the female image above was created to represent Estee Lauder, later it identified as her mother, and now it personifies Lindsey.
Lindsey made this dress by taking photos of the back of the bathtub and having fabric made from the images.
She hand-created the four cherub ceramic tiles incorporated into the mosaic design. Each cherub holds a cloud shape containing one of the words in Estee’ Lauder Youth Dew.
