The Short North Stage Soiree is my favorite evening of the year as we come together to support this Community Treasure. You might be surprised to learn that German Village residents play a major role in pulling off this evening. Every year my incredible GV team of "decor conscripts" give their time to bring my crazy ideas to life! Working for wine, pizza and chocolate the conscripts arrange hundreds of roses, cut yards of ribbons, iron and steam decor and provide general lugging, hanging and hauling services to make the magic happen. Many years ago, I decided The Short North Stage was my happy place and I hope it will become yours. We would love to see you on February 28th!
